Why this exists.
I run two businesses already — a real estate practice in Truckee and a tennis and pickleball coaching operation. A few years in, the admin overflow was eating my evenings. No human assistant could keep up with the calendar juggling, the follow-ups, the listings, the lesson scheduling, the client notes. So I built AI agents to run the repeatable parts.
Once it was working, I started noticing every other small business owner I knew was in the same boat. The contractor hand-typing estimates at 10 p.m. on a Tuesday. The landscaper missing leads because the inbox got buried. The realtor doing data entry instead of selling.
Most of them don't need a "digital transformation." They need two or three specific workflows fixed, in plain language, by someone who sticks around long enough to make sure it works.
That's what we do. Nothing more, nothing less.
