Refund Policy

Plain English summary

We want you happy. Our refund policies are honest and customer-friendly. The short version:

• Blueprint ($999): 30-day money-back guarantee. If your Blueprint doesn't include at least 3 specific actionable AI plays, full refund.
• Hermes Membership ($97/mo): 30-day no-questions refund on your first month. Cancel anytime after that.
• AI Coaching ($399/mo): Cancel anytime. Pro-rated refund if cancelled within 7 days of a billing cycle.
• Agent Build / Live DFY: Full refund before work begins. Once we've started the scoping call, refunds are based on what's been delivered.
• Live Show Workshops: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the show.

Each product is detailed below.

AI Blueprint — $999 one-time

30-day money-back guarantee.

After we deliver your Blueprint PDF, you have 30 days to review it. If you read the Blueprint and don't see at least 3 specific, actionable AI plays that are worth doing for your business, email cleve@truckeeai.com and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no hoops.

Refund is processed within 5 business days of your request via Stripe. The Blueprint remains yours to keep.

Hermes Membership — $97/month

30-day refund on your first month. If you join Hermes Membership and decide within 30 days that it's not for you, email us for a full refund of your first month. No reason needed.

After the first 30 days, you can cancel anytime from your account portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next month's billing — we don't refund the current month's charge after the 30-day window.

If we discontinue Hermes Membership entirely, we'll refund pro-rated for any unused time and give 30 days notice.

AI Coaching — $399/month

Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account portal or by emailing us.

Pro-rated refund window: If you cancel within 7 days of a new billing cycle, we'll refund the unused portion of that month's payment pro-rated. After 7 days, the current month is non-refundable but cancellation still stops future billing.

If we've already delivered a session that month, that session is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Telegram Agent Build (and Live DFY Build)

Full refund before work begins. If you've paid for an Agent Build but we haven't started the scoping call yet, you can request a full refund.

Partial refund after work begins. Once we've started the engagement (scoping call held, design work started), refunds are based on work delivered. We'll be fair — if we've spent 4 hours and you've decided it's not right, we'll refund the build cost minus a reasonable hourly rate for time spent.

No refund after delivery. Once we've delivered a working agent and the 30-day support window has begun, the build cost is non-refundable. The care plan ($300/mo) can still be cancelled after the mandatory 3-month minimum.

Care plan refunds: The first 3 months of the care plan are non-refundable (mandatory part of the engagement). After month 3, cancellation stops future billing but the current month is non-refundable.

Live Shows, Workshops, Live-Show purchases

Workshop tickets: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the workshop start time. Within 48 hours, non-refundable but transferable to a future event.

Products bought during a live show: Standard refund policies for that product apply — buying during a live show doesn't change refund terms. (The "lifetime price lock" bonus does require you to remain an active Member; if you cancel and rejoin, the new pricing applies.)

How to request a refund

Email cleve@truckeeai.com with:

• Which product you bought
• The email used at purchase (so we can find your Stripe record)
• The reason — optional but appreciated. It helps us improve.

We confirm refund eligibility within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to the original payment method within 5–10 additional business days.

Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We'd rather refund you directly than fight a chargeback — both options resolve your money concern, but a direct refund is faster and avoids the dispute administrative cost. We answer email quickly.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of: fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), or violation of our Terms of Service.
