Why this exists.
I spent years in tech watching enterprise companies spend seven figures on AI pilots. Meanwhile, the plumber who fixed my water heater was still hand-typing estimates at 10 p.m. on a Tuesday. That gap — between what's possible and what's accessible — is the whole reason Truckee AI exists.
Most small-business owners in this town don't need a "digital transformation." They need two or three specific workflows fixed, in plain language, by someone who sticks around long enough to make sure it works.
