FAQ

Do I need to be technical?

No. The agent runs on your machine via a simple install. Setup takes about an hour, and we walk through it on the show or in your DFY build. You'll need to know how to copy and paste, follow instructions, and ask questions when you're stuck — that's it.

What computer do I need?

Mac (Apple Silicon — M1, M2, M3, or M4) or a modern Windows machine with 16 GB of RAM. If you're not sure, ask in chat or book a call.

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT waits for you to type. An agent works while you sleep — it has scheduled tasks, it connects to your real tools (calendar, email, MLS, spreadsheets), and it acts on your behalf. ChatGPT is a tool you use. An agent is a tool that uses other tools.

What if it doesn't work for my use case?

30-day no-questions refund on Membership. If we built a Live DFY for you and it doesn't deliver what we agreed on, we keep working until it does. Honest framework: I will tell you on the discovery call if your use case is a bad fit. I'd rather lose a sale than ship something that won't work.

How is this different from your $999 Blueprint?

The Blueprint is a written diagnostic — we figure out what you should build. Membership and Live DFY are about actually building it. Many people start with the Blueprint, then come here to implement. You can also skip the Blueprint if you already know what you want.

Can I cancel Membership anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no clawbacks. Cancel from your account dashboard or email cleve@truckeeai.com. If you cancel within 30 days of joining, full refund.

What's the difference between Hermes and OpenClaw?

Hermes is the agent platform I use and recommend — it's faster, more reliable, and the templates I sell are built for it. OpenClaw is an open-source alternative for members who want full source-code control. Both work; Hermes is what I'd pick.

What if I miss the live show?

Every show is recorded and posted on YouTube within 24 hours. Members get early access plus the chat transcript and any builds we did live. You can still buy after the show — Membership is always open, and Live DFY spots remain available until they're full each week.
